Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via email or Instagram. While we will do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been packed or dispatched. In rare cases where an item is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please notify us within 2–3 days. We will correct the issue by sending the correct product or processing a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Size or Style Concerns

We provide detailed size charts and descriptions to help you choose the right product. If you face issues with the size or style, you can contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order. We may offer an exchange if stock is available or process a refund once the item is returned in unused, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Some products are not eligible for refund or exchange. These include sale or clearance items, personalized or customized products, and hygiene-related items such as innerwear, diapers, and toys. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 2–3 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email or Instagram. Items must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and exchanges are subject to stock availability. Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Refund Process
